These are hands down one of the best switches I have ever had the pleasure of using. As others have noted there is a very sharp pronounced P bump. I went with the suggestion of throwing in some 2 stage springs @ 68g m2 and these are absolute perfection. I lubed very lightly with Krytox 205g0 and used some Deskeys switch films as well. I also highly recommend throwing on some MT3 or SA keycaps to accentuate the already amazing sound! I will likely be using these as my daily driver for the foreseeable future and highly recommend them to anyone that is a fan of excellent tactile switches.
Nice Long Pole Tactile that's similar to Harimaus
Have you ever wanted a tactile switch with a sharp P bump instead of the rounded Boba bump? These are your ticket. They come with a 15mm spring inside, but if you want more tactility you can easily spring swap into a 2 stage 55g, 63g, or 67g spring that's sold here on the DK website for even more tactility. If you've used Harimaus (which were group buy long pole tactiles) then you'll be able to get about 90% of that feel in these switches for an item that's in stock. Just spring swap into one of the aforementioned springs from SPiRIT and you'll find yourself having a wonderful typing experience. If you've used Durock Sunflower POM switches, you'll have a similar experience, however these switches sound deeper by default than the Sunflowers. Ashkeebs Amethyst users will find these to be slightly less tactile without a spring swap.
Good Long stem tactile
Not quite as tactile as you get with a T1 stem on 67g. Some will not like the 3mm overall travel, but it makes sense as it is a long pole - I'm impartial to it. There isn't a lot of travel after the bump. The return clack is just as loud as the initial press and it sounds wonderful. Overall a nice clacky long stem tactile at a good price. I do recommend filming and lubing the springs at the very least.
I've put this on my rama x ion zenith keyboard with tape mode and it clacks. The long pole stem makes bottoming out easier for my weak wrist and the typing experience is very nice. Would recommend.
