I have never liked opening switches before till now. This is the most consistent switch opener ever, unless you like Khail switches, which this will not work with, since this is only intended for Cherry switches. This is literally perfect for switches that have a tighter housing than others, like the Black Inks V2. I have used the Monstargear switch opener, and honestly, they are quite inconsistent compared to this one. The switches often get stuck in the prongs, and do not open all the way. The Gateron switch opener also will not bend the four prongs of the switch top housing as much as a standard switch opener as you don't have to push down into the switch opener. Highly recommend this as they make opening switches a real breeze. You will cut some time with opening switches.

I have a few different switch openers and I have always been sold on the ability to open both Cherry Style and Kailh. However I have not found myself using any Kailh switches and decided to eat the cost and grab this. I opened 61 switches to modify a friends keyboard in record time and my fingers didn't bother me by the end. Well worth the purchase for saving time and finger pain if you mainly use Cherry style switches.
