205G0 Switch Lubricant

283 reviews

205G0 is a grease lubricant and takes the standard, thicker grade 2 variant and thins it out to transform into the perfect consistency for keyboard enthusiast use. 205G0 is recommended for linear switches but with very light application, this lube may be used for any tactile switch. This lubricant is produced by Chemours.

GPL 205 Grade 0 Features:

  • Grease Lubricant
  • Genuine
  • 3mL Container - Applicable to approx. 200-300 switches
  • 5mL Container - Applicable to approx. 400-500 switches
  • 8mL Container - Applicable to approx. 700-800 switches

  • GPL 205 Grade 0 Lubricant
  • Appropriately sized glass container

Results may vary. Please note that our 3mL containers are filled in 6ml jars. This will create a "half-full" appearance.

Non-flammable, non-silicone, high temperature stable (up to 355°F), fluorinated polymer lubricant. 205g0 was designed by The Chemours Company FC, LLC to provide a non-migrating grade 0 grease viscosity for ease of application.

Premium Quality Jar with One Flaw

My overall experience with this product was great. This will be mostly a review of the container Divinikey uses to hold their lubricants since a lubircant is the same, no matter which vender you choose to buy it from. I like that the jar is glass, and the frosted aesthetic makes it feel extra premium over other venders of grease who simply package it in plastic containers. That all being said, however, the premium feel and look belies one flaw that isn't the case with most plastic jars. That flaw is that the walls of the container taper inward at the top, resulting in an awkward situation when trying to scrape for the last drop of grease with a brush. I would recommend to Divinikey to either redesign or look for a similar glass or ceramic container that is shaped with uniform walls that are just at a straight 90 degree angle.

Great but showed up with the lube all to the side of the container

I would give a 5 star because the lube itself is great, and a good price, but when it showed up the lube was all to the side and sticking to the lid a little. I thought gravity would fix it but it did not. It is not that big of deal but it is mildly annoying.
