Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on In-Stock Orders Above $99
Option is available once the final cart value exceeds $99 after all discounts have been applied. Free shipping is only available for in-stock orders. Free Shipping option must be selected during checkout to be eligible and all free shipping orders will be shipped with USPS First Class, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or USPS Priority depending on the contents of the order.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders may take up to 72 business hours to leave our shipping facility. Although most orders will be shipped within 24 hours, please note the possibility for extended shipping times under heavy loads.
Tracking information will be emailed once it is available. All transit times are estimated delivery dates.
Operating days are Monday-Friday. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. Federal Holidays.
Group Buy Orders
Group buy orders do not qualify for free shipping and may not be combined with in-stock items. Orders that contain in-stock items will have the in-stock items removed and refunded prior to fulfillment.
General fulfillment time for group buy items will be indicated on the product page during the group buy period and updates will be made available in the group buy updates page.
Request to cancel a Group Buy order will incur a 10% cancellation fee upon refund.
Preorders may be combined with in-stock items and will qualify for free shipping. The order will be shipped together once the preorder item(s) arrive.
Preorder estimated time of delivery is an estimate and may be shortened or lengthen due to unforeseen circumstances.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all States in the United States and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses).
Estimated Transit Times
USPS First Class Mail: 5-10 business days in transit
USPS Priority: 2-5 business days in transit
USPS Operating Days: Monday-Saturday (excluding U.S. Federal Holidays)
APO/FPO: For orders shipping to military addresses, the shipment may take up to 14 days in transit
International Shipping: DHL Express: 2-10 business days in transit
In some instances, large orders of high value are subject to be shipped out with Signature Confirmation on delivery through USPS or UPS. This ensures the package is safely delivered to the correct destination.
Note: Signature Confirmation is added as an extra protection to ensure package deliverability. Authorizing a driver release without Signature Confirmation is done at your own risk. Divinikey is not responsible for any and all costs associated with such an action.
All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered unless otherwise notated on checkout and customers are responsible for these payments. For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or returned back to the sender, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to products that are returned to our facility. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees or duty fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
Divinikey is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
Please note that all international shipping delivery time varies based on location. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time of arrival due to instances of customs and importation delays.
For Standard Courier shipping option, there may be a slight delay in shipping due to the nature of the service. Orders are shipped to a third party prior to being sent to your country. Once the order has been processed through the third party, your order will update with tracking information About a 2-3 day delay in shipping compared to normal operation.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to the account.
Please do not be alarmed if your tracking information has not been updated in a few days. USPS does not update their tracking information until the package has reached a sorting facility, transit location, or your local post office. There are no updates in between and all delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package causing delays. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or result in a return to sender. Orders will be reshipped once the package has returned to us by the courier and reshipment cost has been paid.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Divinikey and issues arising from such packages must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier. Divinikey strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Divinikey is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous or incorrect address submissions.
