Buttery smooth.
Stock sounds alright, but lubing keeps the high pitched rattle away. The return is snappier then a link V2, however this creates a higher pitched sound on return. These feel FANTASTIC to type on though, and I highly recommend for that alone. Slight inconsistency with the lubing, so I would check each switch before lubing to know how to approach lubing. I highly recommend filming as well.

Smooth and Deep
Stock they seem very smooth and deep in the hand. Then my devious plans took over and I swapped the top for cherry. Yay frankenswitches...I think I have a new switch that isn't long pole, sounds deep, and feels great now. But seriously I'm looking forward to using stock or as cherry topped oils. - JayVerb

Unique!
After some lights lube, these switches sounded amazing, and I love the heavy bottom out. It’s kind of like a mix of gateron black ink v2s and cherry blacks, and the sound it creates is unique yet soothing. I would definitely recommend these switches!

Overall really good!
These switches are just so nice. Only thing is that the weight is a bit too heavy for me but it was easily solved by a quick spring swap. For me I did not decide to lube these, I just used their stock, without any films as well. The end product is something that I really love. The sound signature is a bit unique, sounding kinda similar to the MX Blacks, however also taking into account for a deeper sound signature due to the Ink housing. I would definitely recommend these. The pricing for these is also pretty decent for the switch. Overall very satisfied, and would definitely recommend picking these up if you haven't yet.

Awesome switches, def worth the money!
I came from Gateron Pro Yellos (great switches too) to Oil kings. Oil kings are depper and thockier, and I really like that.
