Unfortunately we do not offer phone support at this time as we handle all customer inquiries via email.

We are currently located in Los Angeles, CA and ship all packages from our facility.

We do accept returns on unopened, unused items purchased on our website. The item must be within 30 days of the shipped date to qualify.

Consumable products such as lubricant will not be returnable due the nature of the product.

All products that do not qualify for a return will be sent back.
