KBDfans Chamber TKL Keyboard is a nod towards a more classic TKL with an emphasis on case volume, geometry, materials, and internal structure. The centerpiece falls on the internal weight which uses a racetrack-shaped recess surrounding a narrow central ridge. This acoustics chamber alters the resonance to highlight the switches as well as the keyboard's natural sound profile.

From controlling sound to letting it resonate.

As Chamber evolved, its guiding idea shifted: from trying to control sound to giving it room to resonate naturally.

Rather than relying heavily on foam to suppress the character of a build, Chamber explores the relationship between case volume, geometry, materials, and internal structure. The aim is to preserve the individual character of the switches, plate, and case while bringing them together into a balanced whole.

Chamber’s side profile is one continuous curve, machined inward from the underside with a dedicated tool because a standard chamfer can’t produce it. Inside, a through-case weight carries a racetrack recess that shapes both its mass distribution and the space beneath the PCB, tuning how the whole board resonates.

Layout

TKL in WK or WKL, with support for stepped Caps Lock, split left and right Shift, and split Backspace. The solder PCB covers both ANSI and ISO. For hotswap, ANSI and ISO are separate boards, so pick the one that matches your layout.

Mounting

Chamber’s dedicated Top-mount structure delivers direct, firm feedback. Optional foam kits for solder and hot-swap PCBs let you further tailor the build.

Force Break Pad

PTFE pads separate the case halves to reduce direct metal-to-metal contact and help limit vibration transfer and unwanted case resonance.
