With this updated version, KBDfans has opted to update the design with an exposed rear accent as well as allow for more mounting options with plateless compatibility. Now coming with more customizability from the case colors, additional weight options, PCB variety, and optional wrist rests.

A refined rear accent introduces a subtle two tone design language, while the internal structure supports both a firm, responsive top mount and a softer, more flexible PCB gasket configuration. That adaptability is shaped by the PCB you choose, with modern PCB options designed to define how the board can be built and tuned over time.

Wired PCB (Solder & Hot-Swap)

The wired PCB supports deep customization through  AVA, VIAL, and VIA, with the solder version also enabling a unique plateless build option. For those looking to go wireless, the dual-mode PCB marks KBDFans’ first ZMK-powered board, offering both wired and wireless use with ultra-low power consumption and over six months of battery life from a single 1000mAh battery.
