Cherry MX Black Clear Top Switches are a recreation of the switches used in the old Nixdorf CT06/07 keyboards. Cherry researched and developed a new version of these "Nixie" switches and was able to incorporate all the modern production optimizations to elevate the switch to today's industry-leading MX standard.
