I got it recently and worked perfectly for the first few mins, after use it became loose and has trouble holding switchs and ripped film off of one side of 5 of my switches, I assume this is a defective product on my end but it's something to point out especially for a $25 switch puller.

I added this switch cannon to my order to get free shipping and ended up enjoying using it way better than I ever thought I would. For hotswap PCBs this is a great addition to your tool kit. It will grab switches without having to remove the surrounding keycaps (if I want to pull G I don't have to also remove keycaps for all the keys around it) and is comfortable to use as well. I bought a red one and it came with a white on red 3 keycap.

This thing was great at first, but broke after pulling switches on three 65% boards. You can snap the assembly back together, but it breaks apart immediately when you try to use it again. Stick to traditional switch pullers until Gateron updates the design.

Very impressed so far. It would be nice if it came with directions. It does take some trial and error to learn to use. I've found orienting the hooks perpendicularly to be the best method.
